You may only initiate scans against domains and infrastructure that you own or have explicit authorization to audit. Unauthorized penetration testing is strictly prohibited. ## 3. Account Responsibilities You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. ## 4. Limitation of Liability KineticScan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the service.
